Bell Peppers

First thing you do is panfry freshy cleaned and sliced peppers till they get slight brown n black spots along the outside rim.
Drop an egg into the center of each one and cook till the bottom is solid white and you are ready to flip
The egg bonds to the pepper so its easy to flip! Do so gently though, so you dont pop the yolk on impact
Now that they are flipped, cook to desired firmness. Dont flip back over as this motion releases the egg from the pepper and increases the chances of popping the yolk.
Slide them onto your plate and enjoy! I love eating these with bisquits and grape jelly in them for a sweet n spicey meal!
